#106 - Prayer, Protocol & Protein

This past week I hosted a Prayer, Protocol & Protein Challenge.  It was fun.  It was powerful.

This is Day 1.  We covered a little bit of each subject.

We talked about the power of prayer over our weight-loss journey, the importance of creating a protocol, and the benefits of protein for fat loss.
