#100 - Over-Trying to Lose Weight
When we have the over-desire to be thin, it leads us to over-try to be thin.
Wanting to be thin so much but not believing we can do it, creates over-desire and over-trying.
Over-trying leads to burnout, trying too hard, getting tense, anxious and wrapped in the goal of losing weight.
This happens when we believe being thinner will make us happier.
