How do you answer that question?

How we see ourselves is the most important factor in what we will do and the results we will get in our lives.

We tend to think that who we are is something separate from what we think.

We don’t realize we are literally creating who we are by what we think. 

Listen in to what my thoughts were about myself that were keeping me overweight.

You will see the power of how the thoughts we think about ourselves either propel us forward to our goals or keep us stuck in a cycle of overeating.

Once we become aware of what we are thinking, it enlightens us and it becomes easier to change!
