Why set a weight-loss goal?

1.  Become the next version of yourself

2.  Expand your thinking

3.  Challenge your beliefs

Most of us set goals to lose pounds.  And that's great.  

But what if the reason we set a goal was to become the person who loses the weight?  

What if we challenged our beliefs and expanded how we are thinking about ourselves and became that person?

The pounds would be a bonus, right?!?

If we and our weight are our circumstance, we get to CHOOSE how we think and feel about ourself and what the scale says we weigh.  

What we are thinking about ourselves is what creates how we feel about ourself and what we do to create the result we want.
